These Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the online store and the purchase of products offered by Darimo Carbon S.L.

2. Definitions and Purpose

In these Terms, "Darimo" or "the Company" refers to Darimo Carbon S.L., while "Customer" refers to any individual or entity purchasing products from the online store.

The purpose of these Terms is to regulate the sale of products (mainly high-performance carbon fibre cycling components) and the associated services provided through the online store.

3. Acceptance of the Terms

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. The purchase becomes binding once the order confirmation email has been received.

4. Purchase Process and Contract Formation

  1. Selecting product(s) and configuration options.
  2. Adding items to the cart and completing checkout.
  3. Receiving order confirmation from Darimo with details, pricing, taxes, shipping costs (if applicable), and estimated production and delivery times.
  4. Production begins only after payment has been received and verified.

Photos and descriptions on the website are illustrative. Minor differences in color, texture, or measurements may occur due to handcrafted manufacturing.

5. Availability, Production and Lead Times

Most products are manufactured on demand. We do not keep permanent stock for most items. Estimated production times are communicated in the order confirmation and typically range from 2 to 10 weeks, depending on complexity, customisation, and workload.

  • Lead times are indicative and provided in calendar weeks.
  • Shipping times after production depend on destination and courier service.
  • If a product cannot be manufactured for justified reasons, we will notify you and issue a refund unless you accept an alternative.

6. Prices, Taxes and Payment Methods

Prices displayed on the website include or exclude VAT according to applicable regulations, and this will be clearly indicated before checkout. Shipping costs and additional charges are shown during the purchase process.

Accepted Payment Methods: credit/debit card, secure online payment gateway, bank transfer, and other methods listed on the website.

Advance Payment: Production begins only after full payment has been received. Lead times begin once payment has been confirmed and, if necessary, verified.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped once the product has passed all quality checks. Transit times, shipping methods and costs are detailed on the Shipping & Delivery page and in the order confirmation email.

Please inspect the package upon delivery and note any issues on the courier’s receipt.

8. Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation as long as production has not yet started. If production has already begun or the product is completed, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a proportional fee based on production costs.

To request cancellation, contact info@darimo.eu and include the order number and reason.

9. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

According to consumer regulations, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalised (Article 103.c of the Spanish Consumer Law).

If you receive a defective or non-conforming product, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt with a detailed description and photos. Darimo will evaluate the claim and offer repair, replacement or refund when applicable.

10. Warranty

Products include the legal guarantee for conformity defects according to EU and Spanish regulations. The warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, negligence, third-party alterations, accidents or unauthorised modifications.

To claim warranty, the customer must provide sufficient information (photos, technical details) and allow inspection or return as instructed by Darimo.

11. Limitation of Liability

Except where legally unavoidable, Darimo shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or damages not reasonably foreseeable at the time of contract formation. Liability is limited according to applicable law.

12. Intellectual and Industrial Property

All website content (texts, images, logos, designs, code) is owned by Darimo or licensed third parties. Reproduction, distribution or modification is prohibited without express authorisation.
